Community Engaged Learning (CEL)

Community Engaged Learning (CEL) is experiential education in which students engage in activities that address community needs and desired learning outcomes that directly tie to majors. At UT, the CEL office promotes community-based learning related to coursework and encourages all students to give back to their community.
